Spring Break {Day Eight}

Daddy called the front desk at our hotel, and asked for a late check-out. Surprisingly, they told us that we could stay until 1 p.m.! Awesome!! We slept until around 10. It was so nice! Brandon ran to McDonald's to grab some breakfast because we didn't make it downstairs in time for the complimentary breakfast. I didn't complain :) We got ready, packed and cleaned up and waited to see if Dylan's ball games were cancelled or not. It had rained quite a bit during the night, so they ended up cancelling the games. The kids were a little disappointed, because they were looking forward to his game but they got real happy, when we told them that we were going to visit Aunt Debbie's house!

Debbie found some old pictures of Brandon in an album. This is Brandon and his grandfather. How precious is this?! He died when Brandon was 5, so he doesn't have a lot of memories with him. I love this!

 We played for a few hours and had snacks. Blake was a fan of superheros, as a kid, so he had tons of toys to play with! Cade had so much fun! Dylan showed them all of the costumes and played with them all afternoon. They had so much fun!

Silly Sadie! She tried to scare Daddy and Aunt Debbie but then their dog, Katie, came running at her so she flung the mask off and ran! I couldn't help laughing!

Playing with Dylan

Cade begged Dylan to ride with us to dinner. He asked if he wanted to watch "Open Season" with him :)

Sadie ditched us for Aunt Debbie. Whatever. I'm not bitter. :)
The "Slide Place"- also known as "Trail Dust". We ate here last year with them so we decided to make it an annual trip. So here's our 2nd annual Trail Dust pictures :) The kids absolutely LOVE this place! They have a giant slide, a dance floor, and good food! They played so hard!

It's funny because they don't allow ties to be worn in the restaurant. So, if you wear a tie, they make you come out to the middle of the floor, and they cut your tie off. Then you get to hang it on the wall. I have no idea who these boys are but I had to take their pictures to document what they do at the Trail Dust! Ha!

Sadie loves to dance and got out on the dance floor with Blake. They have a live band that plays country music. Fun!

Cade was asleep before we left the restaurant. Poor guy :( He hit his head before we left so we worried that he might be feeling bad with that, but I think he was just feeling bad with asthma problems and just super tired!

Mommy and Daddy had to stop for an AMP, again!

About an hour from home, we had to stop for a shake :)

This is absolutely my favorite view, coming in to Fayetteville. I was so disappointed because it was rainy and foggy and I couldn't see the pretty lights of our town :(

We made it home around 1:30 a.m. We weren't very tired, once we got home! Ha! We unloaded and I started some laundry. It felt great to sleep in our own beds!!
