Spring Break {Day One}

We decided to do mini getaways, this Spring Break. I am absolutely ecstatic to spend an entire week with my sweet family! No work, no school, no plan, no cleaning house :)

Today, we had planned to get up early and go fishing but we woke up late and it took FOREVER for us to get around! Since the kids didn't have fishing poles, we made a trip up to Branson and hit Bass Pro Shops to look for some fishing gear.

We walked around The Landing for a few hours and had to visit the $1 Jewelry Store (Sadie's fave) and bought some necklaces and earrings for the girls.

After we had every thing we needed to fish, we headed back to the hotel. Daddy bought Mommy and the girls some pizza and the boys went across the street to Whipper Snappers to gorge themselves with seafood. Well, Daddy did anyways. Cade had mini corn dogs :) Daddy took him back up to the food bar with him and while they were away, the busboys cleaned the plates off their table. Cade was mad because the bar was out of corn dogs! They brought him some chicken instead but he was NOT happy and griped about it all evening, off and on! Silly boy!

Daddy ate a lot of crab legs! His favorite!

I love, love, love them!

Cuties!

The girls and I were going to have a mini pampering fun but they both decided not to do their nails because it would wear off, too fast, with all the swimming they'll do. Smart girls. ;)
These girls finished off this box, all on their own!! Calories don't count on vacation right?!?!
They NEVER eat this much!
Best. pizza. ever. Hawaiian with white sauce. Yum-o.

The boys finally made it back and we headed to the pool for a few hours. Poor Cade, bless his heart, he gets bored with the pool after a while! Ha! He was begging to go back to the "hotel" (he meant to the room) after a little bit. So, Mommy took him back to the room while Daddy let the girls swim a little longer!

Sauna time!

The kids are wiped out. Mommy and Daddy are too. Great day with my loves! I'm blessed. Night, night!
